I thought I’d do a quick toning workout and share it all with you. You’ll need some dumbbells or light weights- or you can go without too if you prefer!
Please note before commencing any new exercise regime it is important you consult your Doctor. If you feel dizzy, light headed, overly tired, in pain or injured immediately stop what you are doing and see your Doctor.
5 min warm up – cardio of choice
Wide Squats 3 sets of 15
Alternating Lunges 3 sets of 15
Side to Side Squats 3 sets of 15
Ab Crunches 3 sets of 20
Bicep Curls to Shoulder Press 3 sets of 12
Oblique Crunches 3 sets of 20 Left side
Tricep Dips 3 sets of 15
Oblique Crunches 3 sets of 20 Right side
Narrow Grip Push Ups 3 sets of 12
Back Flies 3 sets of 12
Cool down and Stretch!
