I apologise for my whingey attitude lately! Too much complaining from me, so I’m going to share with you all the ultimate health food:
The Chocolate Chip Cookie
As part of my packing reduction/ make my own snacks ideas I included treats, because lets face it I love to eat cookie dough and it is calorie free when you cook 80% of the dough.
So here we go:
Cook time 12 mins at 160 degrees Celsius
125gm of Butter
3/4 cup of Sugar
1 1/2 cups of Flour
1 teaspoon of Vanilla essence
1 cup of choc chips
Mix it all together!
Form little balls and spread out on your cookie tray.
Put it in the oven for 12 minutes and voila!
Should make at least 12 decent size cookies.
