Weighty Wednesday!


I hope you are all having a beautiful week! I thought I would continue with tradition and post a resistance workout. Todays is upper body and some cardio, all you need is a resistance band.

Please note before beginning any new exercise regime speak with your doctor. If you feel overly tired, sick, dizzy or in pain stop and see your doctor immediately.

5 minute warm up on cardio activity of your choice

30 bicep curls

30 tricep dips

30 reverse Ab crunches

30 seated rows

30 wide grip push ups

Ten minutes of steady state cardio of choice

Repeat circuit 2 -3 more times if you’re game 🙂

Don’t forget to cool down for five minutes and stretch out those arms, torso and back.
