Tone it up Tuesday!

Hello!

It is that time of the week again! Tuesday already! And I’m continuing on with tone it up Tuesday! So here we go!

Today’s is a cardio/ Ab workout! It is a high impact one so avoid it if you have any joint issues or injuries. Please note before commencing any new exercise regime it is important you consult your Doctor. If you feel dizzy, light headed, overly tired, in pain or injured immediately stop what you are doing and see your Doctor.

5 minute warm up- cardio of choice

20 Burpees

25 Ab Crunches

30 Star Jumps/ jumping jacks

35 Reverse Crunches (try to lift your legs/ butt off the floor)

4 sets of 10 Tuck jumps

4 sets of 10 sec Planks

30 Star jumps/ jumping jacks

35 Reverse Crunches

20 Burpees

25 Ab Crunches

Repeat as many times as you like!

Cool Down and Stretch!!!

  1. I have a love-hate relationship with burpees….hate doing them but love the feeling after. And it’s such a great way to get your heart rate up in a matter of seconds. I am bookmarking this workout, especially as I have been slacking on my ab workouts lately!
