I hope you are all doing really well today!
I sometimes/ frequently get anxiety when I have a lot going on or hard times to get through. Lately I have been working my way through some things that are sometimes less then pleasant. I have a tendency to get anxious and worry and spoil the moment. I can’t enjoy the day because I’m worried about what may be tomorrow.
I am working really hard on enjoying the moment, because who knows how many of them we have. And I have some really wonderful things going on in my life as well. I thought I would share some pictures with you of some of the nicest things in my life. Whenever my mind starts churning the ‘what ifs’ I try to refocus and think about these things.
