Our little Hike!


Happy Thursday!

Apologies again for my bad mood yesterday! I thought I’d share the pictures with you of our little hike. And by little I mean probably 1km max, but on tiny legs that is pretty far. They had a blast running down the path, feeding the ducks and playing at the park!

So enough blabber from me!

  1. Sadly I usually use food to try to improve my mood, though I know that’s a temporary fix. I might go for a walk or have a bubble bath or try to read etc, but sometimes you just need to ride the wave and come out the other side.

  2. It’s okay to have bad days! When I do I usually end up telling my loved ones, so that they are not surprised by my reactions!

    Hikes and spending time outdoors is a great mood enhancer. I also recommend spending time with a loved pet, listening to loved music, or going for a run/walk/workout. πŸ™‚
