Bust your Booty Workout!


I hope you are all having a nice week! It has been a little while since I posted a workout. I thought a booty toner might be the way to go! I need to get my butt into gear – literally on many fronts!

Please note before commencing any new exercise regime it is important you consult your Doctor. If you feel dizzy, light headed, overly tired, in pain or injured immediately stop what you are doing and see your Doctor. You will need a step for this workout.

5 minute warm up – cardio of choice

25 squats

50 step ups/ step downs

25 lunges each leg

50 step ups/ step downs

25 plie` squats

50 step ups/ step downs

25 bridge lifts

50 step ups/ step downs

Repeat as many times as your game!

Cool down five minutes and stretch
