Acne Elimination Diet Week 3


Here are the week 3 results! Things are looking much much better. I am still getting a few spots, but it is so much better than even last week.

This week has been tough, I haven’t had much sleep (last time I complain sorry). I have had caffeine and chocolate! Otherwise I’ve followed the diet.

From here on there is one more week on the elimination diet then I’ll start adding food back in to see what causes a reaction. I have a feeling dairy will be a big culprit.

So back to the grind and hopefully with even better results next week.
