Acne Elimination Diet Week 2


So here are the week 2 results! A terrible picture of me, I didn’t get much sleep last night. I thought it should be honest; so no makeup. Ugh it really is an awful shot.

I still have acne. Boo. Fewer large cystic spots, but otherwise no dramatic improvements. I’ve been sticking to the same washing regime and benzoyl eroxide cream.

Food wise I’ve been sticking to the diet. However, I’m struggling without caffeine. It is horrible how dependant I am! I didn’t even realise! I’ve been having headaches and I’m sure it is the withdrawals from caffeine.

I also realized I have not been drinking enough water. It is winter here and I have been so busy with the girls.

Onward with week 3, hopefully it will bring clearer skin.
